Becoming a Buyer
Calling all Buyers!
Are you a wholesale buyer and interested in being part of the Puget Sound Food Hub network? Buyers can order from multiple farms through one vendor agreement and compile a single order to cover all their produce, meat, and dairy needs. Meanwhile, farmers spend less money on fuel, labor, and transportation costs. The PSFH Co-op saves producers and consumers time so everyone benefits! Single aggregated delivery is convenient, reduces carbon use, and guarantees freshness.
Here is how it works:
1
Buyers log in to shop for fresh local and seasonal products from dozens of local farmers.
2
Our farmers share their stories, growing practices, and any certifications with buyers.
3
Buyers choose an available delivery date and pay one invoice online.
4
Farmers harvest, pack, and drop their products at PSFH for final delivery to buyers.
5
Products from dozens of local farms arrive to buyers; one order, one delivery, one invoice!
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations once an ordering period closes. Farmers calculate their harvest to match specific order amounts and cancellations may result in a loss of sale or product. Therefore, buyers may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the product total.
