Northwest Agriculture Business Center
The mission of NABC’s food hub development efforts is to leverage market trends and create a more equitable and efficient agricultural infrastructure for the marketing, aggregation, distribution, and value-added processing of northwest Washington farm products.
NABC provides leadership and management services for the Puget Sound Food Hub Cooperative. As a technical assistance provider to farmers, ranchers and their customers, NABC contributes to the healthy development of the Puget Sound regional food supply by increasing the business intelligence of farmers and ranchers through the NABC Network.
Whatcom Community Foundation
Whatcom Community Foundation believes that giving matters. WCF’s Mission is to amplify the force of philanthropy – by connecting people, ideas and resources – so that communities flourish.
As one of more than 750 community foundations nationwide, they are a charitable organization created through gifts from people who care to collectively meet critical community needs. The community foundation uses those gifts or a portion of the investment income from permanent funds to make grants that strengthen the community.
Cloud Mountain Farm Center
Cloud Mountain Farm Center provides an aggregation drop site for Whatcom county farms.
CMFC is a nonprofit community farm center dedicated to providing hands-on learning experiences to aspiring farmers, experienced farmers, and home gardeners, Cloud Mountain has more than 35 years’ experience, providing educational opportunities, new infrastructure and services that support farms to expand crop diversity, improve production capacity, and access new market in order to can keep our local food system healthy and thriving.
